1. Educational Purpose
IKEOCEAN Foundation Academy provides educational training, logistics career development, and professional certification programs intended to support individuals entering the logistics and supply chain industry.
2. No Employment Guarantee
Completion of any training or certification program does not guarantee employment, contracts, business opportunities, income, or placement within IKEOCEAN, ShipHub, or partner organizations.
3. Student Responsibilities
Students agree to: • Provide accurate registration information • Maintain account security • Complete training honestly • Respect instructors, volunteers, and other students • Avoid fraudulent certification activities
4. Certification Requirements
Students must: • Complete required modules • Pass final assessments with a minimum score of 85% • Meet all participation requirements IKEOCEAN Foundation reserves the right to revoke certifications obtained through dishonesty or abuse.
5. Intellectual Property
All training materials, videos, course structures, documents, graphics, and certifications remain the intellectual property of IKEOCEAN Foundation unless otherwise stated. Students may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit course content without written authorization.
6. Platform Availability
We strive to maintain uninterrupted platform access but do not guarantee continuous operation due to maintenance, technical issues, or external service interruptions.
7. Limitation of Liability
IKEOCEAN Foundation shall not be liable for: • Loss of income • Career outcomes • Business losses • Technical interruptions • Third-party service failures
8. Account Suspension
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for: • Fraudulent activities • Harassment • Abuse of platform systems • Violation of policies
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed under applicable laws of the United States.
